It is starting to get chilly, please remember to send a jacket with your child.  Practice zipping and buttoning with them.  Also make sure your child's name is written somewhere on the jacket.

In math we are discussing positions (above, below, on, inside, outside)

We will begin our 2^nd Reading story, We Are So Proud. We will work on recognizing the letters Ff, Gg, Hh, Ii, Jj, Kk, Ll, Mm. and Nn. Watch for your take home story—Am I?, to come home in your child’s folder.  Continue to read at home, talk about story characters (who the story is about) and setting (where and when the story takes place), and read the high frequency words I, am, yes, no.
