If any of these sound familiar, send in a note and I'll be more than happy to send home with your child.

In Reading we will read the book Bear Snores On by Karma Wilson and Jane Chapman.  We will be discussing hibernation and will learn to differentiate between real and make believe.  The words we, my, and like will be reviewed. 

For Math we will begin Topic 3:  Numbers 6-10.  Boys and girls will learn how to read, write, and count numbers from 6-10 and show numbers in different ways.  Take some time at home to review the daily practice pages completed at school.  

On Thursday, November 10^th the Schuylkill County Sheriff’s Department will be visiting NSE and all Kindergarten students will be fingerprinted.   Families will receive the prints to keep for their records.

Just a reminder that Wednesday, November 9^th is our monthly 2-hour data delay day.  It will be a NON-ROTATION day for special classes.

To wrap-up our Fire Prevention lessons, a local fire company will visit Kindergarten at the school on Friday, November 11^th.
