For Reading this week we will read the story, The Lion and the Mouse. We will introduce the comprehension skill, main idea.


In math, we will continue working on comparing numbers from 0-20.

Report cards will be sent home on Friday, January 25.  Please sign and return the envelope.  The report cards are for you to keep.

Just a reminder:  January AR “Book Buddy” recording sheets will be due on Wednesday, January 31^st.  The goal for the month is 15 books.  Any student who reads and records 15 or more books will receive a Pizza Hut reward coupon.  Happy Reading!!

NSE PTO SPARTAN FUN RUN FUNDRAISER IS HERE!  A glow fun run will be held in the NSE gym on January 24^th.  The 9-day program  kicked off with a digital pep rally on Monday, January 14^th.  Family and friends can support our students by pledging for every lap your child runs (30-35).
