-sight words
-writing numbers 0-20
- counting to 100
- letters and sounds

In Reading we will read the story, Abuela, by author Arthur Dorros.  It will be the last of our “adventure” stories for Unit 4.  It will be a fiction story about a city adventure and the boys and girls will learn a few Spanish words.

In Math we will be continuing with addition.  Review daily practice pages and continue to practice joining sets and counting how many altogether. 

Kindergarten registration for the upcoming, 2019-2020 school year will be held the week of March 11- 15.  Registration is open to all residents of the NS School District.  Please pass along this information to anyone with children ready to begin Kindergarten in the fall.  Appointments should be scheduled with the office.

The I’m a Reader forms, for those who participate, should be returned to the teacher by the following Monday (March 11) with a parent’s signature and initial for each day of the week.

Friday, March 15 is a Spartan Dress Down Day for a $1 donation.

Books orders are due Friday, March 15.

Spring Pictures will be taken at NSE on Tuesday, March 26^th.  ALL Children will be photographed and pictures will be available for purchase in 7-10 days.  PSP provides the school with a donation for every portrait package.  For best results do not wear green!!!  Students may dress up, but keep dress code in mind!!
