To celebrate the letter Pp we will have a Pajama Party on Friday, November 7th .Students are asked to wear their pajamas to school.  Robes and slippers are optional, however, we ask that students WEAR sneakers or shoes to and from school.

Thank you to ALL the classroom helpers who helped with the Halloween party and parade, and also to all the friends and family who came to watch the parade.  It was a BOO-tiful time for all!
Be sure your child has a jacket, mittens or gloves, and a hat, so that when we go outside for our 30 minute recess the students are prepared for any changes in temperature or for the lengthy time outside.  We try to get outside whenever possible—if dressed properly, the fresh air does us good!!!  Also, have your child practice putting on, taking off (pulling sleeves back out), and zipping/buttoning his/her coat.
For Math we will finish Topic 2:  Comparing and Ordering Numbers 0-5.  Take some time to practice number writing and counting sets, and be sure to review daily practice pages.
Parent/teacher conferences will be held on Monday, November 10th.   Conference confirmation notes were sent home on Wednesday, 10/29.   Please sign and return the bottom portion by Monday, November 3rd. Please note:  There will be NO SCHOOL for students on Monday, 11/10.
